About a month ago, Dr. Noa Ben Aroya Milstein, Director of the Ambulatory Psychological Medicine Unit at Schneider Children’s, Prof. Alan After, Director of the Feinberg Center for Research, and Dr. Tammy Steinberg, Director of the Institute for Neurology and Child Development at Schneider Children’s, participated in a global conference of the European Association for the Study of Tourette Syndrome that took place in Varese, Italy. Dr. Ben Aroya lectured at the conference on the difficulty of parenting children suffering from Tourette syndrome and spoke about an innovative treatment that she developed together with Dr. Dana Feldman Sade, director of the Tourette Clinic.
